About Shipping and Handling

Shipping cost:

Postage is calculated by the shopping cart using an online connection directly to the USPS website.  Your choice of shipping method (First Class, Priority, Parcel Post, etc.) will determine the rate, and  the quantity of units ordered will determine the shipping cost based on packaged weight.  You have complete control over the selection of shipping method and can edit according to your preferences.  Shipping charges are USPS postage fees.  Nothing is added.  All shipments are shipped from US zipcode 83815.

Standard Handling fees:

Handling charges include the cost of packing materials, employee labor for documentation, labeling and payment processing, and delivery of your order to the shipping post office.  Typical order processing is 3 to 5 days from receipt of order, depending on payment clearing time, order backlog and time of week.

Preferred Handling      +$2.00/order

Preferred Handling:

Occasionally a customer may be interested in quick order turnaround.  BlueZap offers a single $2.00 expedite charge for next-day order processing.  Your order will go to the top of the list and be processed and delivered to the post office on the next business day.

Look for the "Add Preferred Handling to Cart" button on the shopping cart pages.

Recommended Shipping Choices:


When shown, it is advisable to select First-Class mail for small orders.  Priority mail will probably reduce transit time by one day.


Larger packages benefit more from the Priority Mail choice.  Often shipments will transit 2 or 3 days faster than by Parcel Post.


Parcel Post - Longer transit times, but lower shipping costs for larger packages.
